This Privacy Policy explains what information this website collects, how it is used, and your rights. We keep it short because this website collects very little.
This website is operated by HAXNA DOOEL, a company based in Skopje, North Macedonia ("we", "us"). For any privacy question, contact us at contact@haxna.com.
The only personal data we collect is what you choose to send us through the contact form: your name, email address, phone number, dealership name, and message. We do not collect any other information about you when you browse this site.
We use this information solely to respond to your enquiry, arrange a demo, and communicate with you about our services. The legal basis is your consent and our legitimate interest in responding to requests you send us.
Contact form submissions are sent directly to us by email (contact@haxna.com). They are not stored in any database on this website, and we do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing. To prevent spam, the form briefly counts requests by IP address; this is held only momentarily in memory and is not stored.
This website does not use cookies, advertising, analytics, or any third-party tracking. Fonts and all assets are served from our own servers, so no data is sent to outside services as you browse.
The website and our email are hosted on our own infrastructure, on servers located in the European Union (Germany). Your data stays within the EU.
We keep the messages you send us for as long as needed to handle your request and maintain our business correspondence, after which they are deleted. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.
You have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal data you have sent us, and to object to or restrict its processing. To exercise any of these rights, email contact@haxna.com.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
